Gertl Jahns is in fact a well-known Dutch wind band music composer. He wrote this litle Latin-American sounding piece for wind band and was inspired by the 'Bajon', a typical Brazilian folkdance tune. The thrilling rhythm and the exotic touch will bring the sun and a lot of joy of living in both the rehearsal room and the concert hall.
